Capable of delivering many folding configurations, this pristine press with extended ovens and over-sized chill rollers (higher ink gloss), is also equipped with an inline scoring and perforation unit to cost effectively produce publication inserts. With its 1-to-1 plate to blanket cylinder it touts the tighest register available on a full size web press. For color accuracy and paper savings, our innovative gateway system links our pressroom with our prepress department, allowing for the electronic transfer of data for ink fountain settings, enabling speedier makereadies. If your print runs are smaller we also offer half web and sheetfed capability. |
